The Distance Revisited marks a new chapter for Arms & Hearts, an experiment in self-production on these two songs originally written for the 2020 Debut LP “The Distance Between”. TDB was a folk punk record, and in the 5 years since its release, Arms & Hearts has sonically evolved into an indie punk/power pop sound with the addition of Sam Johnson on drums. We wanted to reflect this new sound by giving a new take on Keuroac on Minimum Wage and Community. These are some of the fastest songs in our catalogue, and even though the songs themselves are 7-9 years old, the lyrics still ring true to this day.
To be released on November 13th 2025, the fifth anniversary of TDB’s release, through UTB Manchester. It was mastered by Mike Hayes and recorded, mixed and produced by our own hands.
